From Awesome to Opossum

I have been reviewing products for many years as most of you know. I started as just a teenager before being an influencer was a thing. I've had some great products come to my door step, from Pyrex dishes to Keurig Coffee makers and so much in between. 

Well, today I don't want to talk about products. Today, I want to talk to you about the companies themselves. Some of my favorites are influenster, BuzzagentMattel Toy reviews, Ripple Street, and Craftsman Ambassador’s Club. These are just a view that don't disappoint. They have wonderful products and you can also communicate with the company on many platforms. They answer questions and help you figure out how to solve any issues you may have. 

But now lets get to the not so good ones. Daily Goodie Box and now the highest on my not so good list, Pinchme. First lets start with why I dislike the Daily Goodie Box, I was with them for a long time. I would get tons of emails and yet never any items. I then reached out to deactivate my account and they responded with but oh wait here is a box of samples. I thought okay, just have patience and it will get better. I received the box and the items were good. However, then came the tons of emails and nothing. I am not talking a short amount of time, I am talking over a year or more just emails and more emails but nothing, so needless to say, I deactivated my membership. 

Next, lets talk Pinchme.com, I used to absolutely love this company. I was with them since 2013. I have always looked at them as one of the best until recently. Now, I'd like to say oh it's a covid thing and they are not operating business as usual but I just don't believe that anymore. I have definitely  received products and have provided a tremendous amount of feedback on them. Here is where my problem comes in. I can't not stand a company who has awful customer service. I received an email regarding a special offer and usually I am not interested in these but at this time, I was in the market for a smart watch tracker. I got an email saying that if I did one of their three special offers, then I would get the tracker. Okay awesome I thought perfect timing. I immediately went on to their website filled out the special offer, paid for it and went back to Pinchme. Now the site is acting up, it wouldn't load. That's strange I thought so I emailed customer service instantly. I received the confirmation that I had submitted a help ticket and that in 72 hours, I would hear back from them. Well, okay that kinda standard right? So just to make me feel better, I went back to their website and reviewed the FAQ section regarding this type of transaction and it said sometimes it take 24 hours for the confirmation that I did the offer and that my item (Smart watch) would be saved for me in my cart. I felt okay that things were going to be okay as this all seemed "normal". I got a confirmation receipt,  that my special offer was complete and that it was on the way, so I went back Pinchme and seen that the watch was still in my cart pending confirmation. Then I did receive an email from a Megan at pinch saying, please send me proof of the special offer being paid for and the item that I was to receive from them for doing the offer. So did, I sent screenshots of everything. I got a reply saying the item is saved for me and just give it time while she or whomever, looks into it. I did. I waited, waited and waited. Then guess what the item that I was supposed to get was no longer available, so I reached out again. I got the standard automatic message wait 72 hours etc. Okay I waited, then I waited some more. I then reach out roughly a month later checking for any updates on the situation. Got the automatic message again so I waited more. A couple weeks go by and still no reply, so I messaged again and then waited some more. Here we are now months later and guess what guy..... I am still waited!!!!! I can't get a simple update or human reply in any way. As a member of their community for 7 years, you can't even answer me? They went from one of the best to playing opossum. Oh yeah they post on social media but can't get their customer service to give a shit about their members. I find this to be completely and utterly repulsive behavior. Customer service is so vital for a company and after all these years to be ignored repeatedly has now made this a complete crappy and unreliable review/sample site. Don't waste your time because they don't care about you or your time. 

With that, I will say, do your research on companies and if their customer service is garbage, the company probably is too.
